Cancellation by Client: If you wish to cancel a booked service, you must provide written notice. Depending on the stage of the project, you will be liable for a cancellation fee to cover work already completed and non-recoverable expenses incurred. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Digital Products & Media Packages: Due to the immediate access nature of digital content or media sponsorships, all sales of digital products or advertising slots are final and non-refundable.

Events: Cancellations of event bookings or participant packages must be made in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation and any non-recoverable supplier costs incurred (e.g., venue deposits, catering). Specific cancellation structures are outlined in each event’s specific booking documentation.
