- Sponsors will be charged the full fee if they cancel after the 18 July 2025.
- The full sponsorship amount stipulated will be charged if cancellations are made after 18 July 2025.
- An invoice will be sent to you once you submit the sponsorship application.
- Payment must be made within 7 days from date of invoice. Please note that once an invoice has been forwarded to you, Terms & Conditions will apply.
